"BONE BLOOM"
I purposely drew a heavy skull motif in a loose, cute style.
Bones and flowers, endings and rebirth. It’s a little eerie, but somehow endearing.
I wanted to use it for apparel design, aiming for a "skull that people say is cute."

The flowers are imagined as the eyelids of the skull with closed eyes.
Even after death, the blooming flowers seem to be smiling a little.
There’s a hint of poison, but also a soft lightness. That’s the kind of expression I wanted to create.

ヘビーなドクロモチーフを、あえてゆるくかわいく描いてみました。
骨と花、終わりと再生。ちょっと不気味だけど、なんだか愛着が湧く。
アパレルデザインに使いたくて、"可愛いって言われるドクロ"を意識しています。

死んでもなお咲く花が、ちょっと笑ってるみたい。
毒もあるけど、ふわっと軽さもある。そんな表現がしたかった。
